AI automation factory — Montréal, Québec

Built and tested in my own companies before yours

Beta version The factory is running, the website is still being built — official launch October 2026. The offer, though, is already very real: spots until then are limited.

For solo entrepreneurs and small teams

An AI factory that works for you.

You don't have a software problem. You have a time problem. SystemFactory installs the factory that answers, qualifies, follows up and tracks — while you do the work only you can do.

The target: 5 to 10 hours back every week
and $5,000 to $10,000 a month less in admin, software, freelancers and agencies.

The factory evolves. Your business moves ahead. The technology is our problem — not yours.

What makes us different

While your business moves ahead —
you get to live your life.

Most people sell you a tool, install it, then disappear. Six months later the technology has moved and you're starting over. We stay. Your business stays current week after week, without you lifting a finger.

The target, concretely: 5 to 10 hours back every week and $5,000 to $10,000 a month that stops leaking out — admin costs, software subscriptions, freelancers, marketing agencies. Four taps we close one at a time, not one line item we cut.

That's what we aim for, not a guarantee: your starting point isn't your neighbour's. We measure it on your real numbers, month after month — and you, in the meantime, get to do what you love.

Before / after

Drag the slider. That's the whole difference.

On the left, everything goes through you. On the right, the factory absorbs the repetitive work and gives you your evenings back.

The reality

You've become an employee of your own company

You started out to be free. Today you're answering messages at 9 p.m., chasing the client you forgot about, filling in the same spreadsheet for the third time this week.

The work that actually pays — the work only you can do — gets squeezed into the gaps. The rest eats your days.

So you think about hiring. An assistant, someone for the follow-ups. You run the numbers: the salary, the payroll costs, the training time, the managing. And you realize you were about to pay several thousand a month to delegate tasks no human should be doing.

The problem was never a shortage of hands. It's that your company has no factory behind it.

What you've already tried

And why it didn't hold

These aren't bad ideas. They're the wrong answers to your problem.

The new software

A tool wants one thing: for you to work inside it

You were sold the platform that would fix everything. You spent two weekends setting it up. You haven't opened it in three months.

The AI assistant

It answers your questions. It doesn't do your work

You open the window, you ask, you copy the answer — and you're still the one doing it. It doesn't know your clients, your files, or what you decided last week: every conversation starts from zero. And it never works while you sleep.

The patched-together automations

It worked — until the day it broke without telling anyone

You wired your apps together one Sunday, and for months it held. Then a password expires, an app changes one line of code, and everything stops — silently. You find out three weeks later, from a client who never got an answer.

The agency

It knows its tools, not your business

You have to explain how you work with every request, approve every deliverable, and start over when the assigned person changes. You're managing one more vendor.

The hire

The knowledge walks out the day they leave

It works — as long as the person is there, trained, available and motivated. The day they leave, everything in their head leaves with them. The payroll, meanwhile, shows up every month.

The custom build

It started aging the day after it shipped

You paid for a system that worked — eighteen months ago. The technology moved on; your solution stayed frozen. That's not a vendor problem. It's the problem with anything that ships once and never comes back.

Who I am

I don't sell what I don't use

My name is Daniel Beaulieu. I'm not an automation agency learning the trade on your projects. I'm an entrepreneur and a real estate broker in Montréal, and I run several businesses at the same time — from real estate brokerage in Québec to projects in Mexico.

Twelve years ago I started automating my operations because I couldn't keep up. Back then the tools didn't help — I tore every system out of the ground by hand, alone. Today it runs: 223,678 active automation links, 176,319 communications sent. One person behind all of it, augmented by his own AI agents.

I didn't build this factory to sell it. I built it to survive my own workload without hiring a team. What I install for you already runs for me — and if it breaks, it breaks at my place first.

That's the difference: you're not hiring a vendor. You're plugging twelve years of proven systems straight into your company.

Jennifer — online 00:00
Hi, this is Jennifer. Tuesday at 2 p.m., good? It's in the calendar.

The voice — inbound and outbound calls, 24/7

$1,000 — the build

Paid once, at the start. That's the month we build your factory: we connect your tools and train Jennifer and Linda on your business. Expect about a month between signing up and the system running.

$1,000 or $2,000 — every month

Covers the infrastructure, the ongoing optimization and your agents' intelligence 24/7. Variable costs (SMS, call minutes) are billed on your actual usage — you pay for what you use.

The same price for everyone

No launch offer, no math to do: you know right away what it costs, and it's the same amount for every client. If you were about to hire for this work, it stays cheaper than a salary — without the payroll costs, without the managing.

What we aim for together: 5 to 10 hours a week back and $5,000 to $10,000 a month less in admin, software, freelancers and marketing agencies. It's a target, not a promise — measured on your real numbers. Your agents always identify themselves as virtual assistants: we never let your clients believe otherwise.

The only proof I have

The factory's first client is me

This video came from a single voice message, sent from my phone — text, WhatsApp or Telegram. No studio, no editor: I speak, the factory does the rest.

I don't have a wall of testimonials to show you. I'd rather tell you the truth: I didn't build this factory to sell it. I built it because I was running several companies at once and I couldn't keep up.

Two years building it, breaking it, starting over. On my real clients, with my real mistakes.

Today it frees up more than twenty hours a week for me, and it saves me a payroll I could never have justified otherwise.

I'm not promising you my result: I have a two-year head start and I build my own systems. What we aim for together is set out above — and if we do better, all the better.

How it works

From the call to a running factory

A fixed order, because each step depends on the one before it.

Step 01

15-minute call

We look at your week and find the task costing you the most hours. Just one.

Step 02

Diagnosis

You get the plan of the system before a single wire is connected. You know exactly what will change.

Step 03

Installation

We connect to what you already have. You keep working while we do.

Step 04

Go-live

Tested in real conditions, adjusted, and the system runs. You watch it run.

What we're really offering

We're not adding a tool. We're installing a factory inside your company.

You don't need one more piece of software to learn. You need the repetitive work to disappear from your days — to get done, on its own, in the background, while you do what only you can do.

Without it

You answer leads when you get a minute — often too late. The prospect already called the competitor who answered first.

With the factory

Every lead gets an answer in under a minute, qualified, filed, with a meeting proposed. You open your day with appointments.

Without it

Follow-ups depend on your memory and your energy at night. Half of them fall through the cracks.

With the factory

Follow-ups go out at the right moment, in the right tone, and stop dead the second the client replies. Nothing gets lost.

Without it

To delegate, you hire: salary, payroll costs, training, managing — and the knowledge leaves the day they do.

With the factory

You plug in systems that are already built. No salary, no managing, no resignation. It runs the day after installation.

A call, not a commitment

Fifteen minutes to see whether your company is ready for its factory

We look at your week together, find the task stealing the most time, and I tell you honestly whether automation is worth it in your case. If it isn't, I say so — it's a diagnostic call, not a sales call.

The brain behind the factory

Twelve years of logic, as one living network

Each node is a domain built and connected one at a time. What you see moving here is what holds your factory up.
