Privacy policy
SystemFactory.ai is a sole proprietorship operated by Daniel Beaulieu, in Montréal, Québec. This policy explains what information is collected on this site, why, where it goes, and how long it is kept.
What is collected
Only what you enter yourself in the form on the home page:
- Your name, your email and, if you provide it, your phone number.
- Your company name, your industry and the size of your team.
- The task that costs you the most time, how many hours it represents and the tools you already use.
- The message and availability you add, if any.
The site uses no audience analytics tool and builds no browsing profile. We do no advertising tracking and we have activated no measurement pixel.
Three elements on the page do, however, call external servers, and the law requires us to tell you:
- The fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Your IP address is sent to Google when the page is displayed.
- The call request form is provided by GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), based in the United States. Displaying it sets a single cookie, named
__cf_bm, placed by Cloudflare to tell a human visitor from a robot. It is technical in nature, lasts about thirty minutes and is used for no advertising tracking. - A Facebook measurement script (
fbevents.js) is included by default by GoHighLevel in its form. No measurement identifier is configured in it and no event is sent to Facebook — we verified this. Simply downloading the file does, however, send your IP address to Facebook. We get no data from it and have no access to it.
Why it is collected
For one reason only: to call you back about your request and prepare the fifteen-minute call. Your information is not sold, rented, traded or passed to commercial partners. You are not signed up to any newsletter simply for having filled in the form.
Where it is kept
Your request passes through our own servers, then is filed in our customer relationship management system. Some of these providers are located outside Québec — the law requires us to tell you:
These providers are bound by their own contractual security and confidentiality commitments. Before any transfer, we make sure the information receives adequate protection, as Québec law requires.
For how long
Your information is kept as long as the relationship remains active, then for twenty-four (24) months after our last exchange. It is then deleted or anonymized. You may request its deletion before that, at any time.
Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Access to records is limited to Daniel Beaulieu and the people on his team who need it to answer you. System access keys are kept on protected servers, never in the site's files.

Your personal information and your rights
In accordance with Law 25 (the Québec Act to modernize legislative provisions as regards the protection of personal information), the person responsible for the protection of personal information at SystemFactory.ai is Daniel Beaulieu. You can reach him directly at daniel@equipebeaulieu.com.
What you can require
- Access — obtain the list of the information we hold about you.
- Correction — have inaccurate, incomplete or ambiguous information corrected.
- Deletion — request that your record be erased, unless the law requires us to keep it.
- Withdrawal of consent — withdraw at any time the authorization you gave by submitting the form.
- Portability — receive your information in a structured, commonly used technological format.
Every request is answered within a maximum of 30 days. No fee is charged.
Automated decisions and artificial intelligence
No decision concerning you is made solely by an automated system. The automation tools file your request and alert me; a human reads it and answers.
When a virtual assistant contacts you — by text or by phone, as part of an engagement — it always identifies itself as a virtual assistant. We never pass an AI off as a person.
Confidentiality incident
In the event of an incident presenting a risk of serious injury, the people concerned and the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec are notified promptly, and the incident is recorded in a register.
Complaint
If our answer does not satisfy you, you may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec — cai.gouv.qc.ca.

Terms of use
What this site is
This site presents an offer of automation services. It is neither a contract nor a firm offer. The business relationship begins only upon the signing of a separate agreement setting out the scope of work, the timelines and the amounts.
The figures shown
Prices shown are in Canadian dollars, before applicable taxes, and may change without notice. The cost of third-party services needed to run your factory (telephony, message sending, platform licences) is not included, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Availability
The site is offered "as is". We aim for continuous availability without being able to guarantee it: maintenance, a provider outage or force majeure may interrupt it.
Intellectual property
The text, visuals, structures and interface elements of this site belong to Daniel Beaulieu / SystemFactory.ai. Any reproduction for commercial purposes, without written authorization, is prohibited. Third-party trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners; mentioning them implies no partnership or endorsement.
Liability
SystemFactory.ai cannot be held liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or loss of data arising from use of the site. Liability related to an engagement is defined in the corresponding service agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws in force in Québec. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Montréal.
Language
This English text is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the French version prevails — read the French version.
